You will have access to the entire home, driveway and parking areas, wraparound deck, private hot tub, outdoor fire pit area, horseshoes, finished game room, upstairs loft, and included kayaks. You may also use the gated-community amenities during your stay, including 2 private docks, pickleball courts, gazebo/ramada, and Rainbow Lake access. Most community amenities are just a short walk from the home. Kayak use requires completed waivers before use, and kayak instructions will be provided before check-in. A standard AZ Fishing license is required for ages 10+ to fish in Rainbow Lake. It is a quiet gated community and you will get a gate code prior to checkin.
